QuikClot Advanced Clotting Sponge (ACS)
 
The QuikClot Advanced Clotting Sponge (ACS) is comprised of Zeolite beads held together in a mesh bag that speeds up the coagulation process but won’t stick in the wound, and with the low heat formula the QuikClot ACS is completely safe to use and will not burn the skin. The mesh containment prevents loose beads from straying outside of the wound during application and helps ensure maximum product usage. This also makes the QuikClot ACS overall a more user friendly product and easier to remove from the wound site when professional treatment is received. The QuikClot ACS is available in both 25g and 50g models.
