QuikClots new formula is heat free and will not induce heat when applied to a wound.
 
Constructed from nonwoven, hydrophilic gauze impregnated with kaolin, an inorganic mineral which accelerates your body's natural clotting process. QuikClot Combat Gauze is packaged Z-Folded for convenient packing and ease of use, measuring in at 3" x 12'.
